Assistive Technology Cluster Conference 2009

 

Region 10 is proud to be the host of the 2009 Assistive Technology Cluster Conference 2009!  Save the Dates:  July 28, 29, and 30, 2009! Please watch this site for update information about the conference, directions on how to register, information on hotel blocks, and a downloadable conference program.

 

The fee for the conference is $60.00 per person, paid prior to the beginning of the conference.  To register, please visit this link for details and to register. Note:  Registration has been extended.  All payments mus be by credit card only after July 13, 2009.  Cancellations will be accepted until July 13, 2009. All no shows and cancellations after July 13, 2009 will be charged the $60 fee. You may send a substitute in your place. 

 

This conference has been approved for 14 hours TSHA CEU credit and 1.4 TPTA CEU credit.  All workshops are eligible for TSHA credit.  The following workshops have been approved for TPTA credit:

Frequently Asked Question About Registering for the Conference.

We want your conference experience to be positive.  The following may answer questions regarding ATCC 09.

 

Who should come to the conference? 

A:  All educators are invited.  The conference is appropriate for teachers, speech pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, LSSP/Counselors/Diagnosticians, VI teachers, PPCD teachers, AI teachers, parents, AT specialists, administrators, and other interested community members.

 

Will CEU's be offered? 

A:  TSHA, OT, and PT CEU's will be requested. 

 

When will registration be open?

A:  Registration for the conference is now open.  Please visit this link for details and to register.   The cost for each participant is $60.00.

 

How do I register? 

A:  Please visit this link .  You must have or open a Region 10 account to register.  Please make sure your email is accurate. 

 

How do I pay for the conference?

A: We accept credit card, check, and PO for payable prior to the conference.  Checks and PO's must be made out to Region 10 and mailed to:  Region 10 Attn:  Tetyana Blood, C/O ATCC 09, 400 E. Spring Valley Rd., Richardson, TX   75081.  You may fax PO's to 972-348-1621.

What if my district is not listed as a choice on the registration page? 

A:  Register according to the ESC Region in which you teach or live.

 

 

Can I attend the Vendor Hall for free?

A: All persons who attend the vendor hall must have a conference badge.  The cost to attend the conference is $60.00.

 

I am a parent of a special needs child.  Can I attend the conferencel for free?

A: All persons who attend the conference must have a conference badge.  The cost to attend the conference is $60.00. Sorry, but we do not have scholarships available.

 

I am a presenter.  Do I have to register?  Do I have to pay?

A:  Please visit this link   to register for the conference.  Presenters receive complimentary registration.

 

I am a vendor.  Do I have to register?  Do I have to pay?
